Account Executive / Customer Success Manager

$80k USD Base + Variable Comp

In this role, you’ll ensure Parabol’s customers succeed long after the initial sale. You’ll drive retention, reduce churn, and identify expansion opportunities. This is a hybrid success/account management role, focused on growing customer lifetime value while delivering great experiences.

You Are:

  • Experienced with at least 3-6 years in a CSM, Account Manager or Customer Success role in SaaS.
  • Relationship-focused, owning post-sale relationships and renewal targets
  • Comfortable working with technical or product teams to advocate customer needs
  • Familiar with CRMs, customer success tools, and SaaS usage metrics
  • Growth-minded, proactive, and excited to drive impact

Your Mission:

  • Own a portfolio of 50 customers
  • Drive adoption, retention, and ongoing success through proactive relationship management
  • Conduct onboarding, health checks, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
  • Identify, qualify, and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales
  • Monitor product usage and intervene when engagement or renewal risk arises
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and advocacy
  • Track and report on account health, churn risks, and expansion pipeline
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally across Product, Sales, and Support
