Action Meetings: now with video beta, CSV export
Parabol’s Action Meeting is a high-performance team status meeting designed to better serve remote team members. It was the very first meeting type we built, launched as our product beta back in 2016. When we launched Retrospective Meetings last year, we introduced an entirely new technical architecture that would make it easier to build and customize even more types of meetings in the future. This new architecture has enabled many new features, but the original Action Meeting user experience was starting to get left behind. We’re happy to share that our refactor is now complete. From now on, when we add new features, all of the meeting types Parabol offers will benefit.

You’ll notice other improvements to the Action Meeting as well:
- We now offer CSV task export from any meeting summary page
- We’ve added additional help text to each meeting phase
- The layout is cleaner, with better mobile functionality
