In Parabol, you can collect reflections in advance or as you go along.
That means you save more of your meeting time for interacting with your team.
All you need to do is:
- Start a meeting by hitting the ‘Add Meeting’ button when your sprint starts.
- Set a deadline in Parabol to let the team know how long they have to add reflections.
- Notify your team: Set up Parabol’s Slack or Mattermost integration, or copy and share the meeting link.
