How to set up the Parabol-Google Calendar integration
Parabol’s Google Calendar integration lets you set up your meetings in Parabol, and automatically create Google Calendar invitations that are sent to your whole team. Meaning, you can schedule your meeting in advance and have a corresponding meeting invitation sent to your calendar automatically.
Navigate to “Add Meeting” within Parabol and select the type of meeting you want to schedule.
Once in the meeting setup, click on “Schedule.”
For first-time users, Parabol will prompt you to connect to your Google account. Follow the on-screen instructions to establish this connection.
After connecting, fill out the Scheduling options as per your meeting requirements.
Click on “Create Meeting & GCal Invite” to automatically send the meeting invitation to your Google Calendar and to the calendars of those you’ve invited.
