How to highlight a column to create focus
When facilitating a retro, you can draw attention to one column at a time by highlighting it for everyone. This helps teams focus on giving more feedback on each area, rather than focusing only on the negatives or positives that might come to mind more easily.
To highlight a column:
- Start a meeting
- 👆🏼Click on the background of the column you want to highlight.
