With the Zoom integration, Parabol automatically imports your Zoom transcript and AI-generated summary after each meeting ends, and attaches them as linked pages directly inside your Parabol Meeting Summary. Everything in one place. Nothing lost.
Connect in seconds, right from your meeting
You don’t need to leave your meeting to set this up. During any Parabol meeting, open the right-hand drawer, click the Transcription tab, and hit Connect next to Zoom. Parabol handles the OAuth handshake — once you’ve authenticated, the integration is active for all future meetings.
You can remove the integration or refresh your auth token at any time from the same panel.
Transcripts and summaries, automatically attached
When your Zoom meeting ends, Zoom processes the recording and generates a transcript and an AI summary. That typically takes 5–30 minutes, though Zoom notes it can occasionally take up to 24 hours.
Once ready, Parabol picks them up automatically and creates linked Parabol Pages — one for the summary, one for the full transcript — nested directly under the parent Meeting Summary. No action needed on your part.
From there, both documents are fully indexed and searchable alongside the rest of your team’s Parabol content.
